Boj Plays a Giggly Gig at Elderflower Fields

We were delighted to be invited to run a couple of Boj themed Art Camp sessions at Elderflower Fields Festival 2015.

Boj creator Claire Underwood hosted the event on Sunday afternoon – with around 90 children attending.

In true Boj-a-boom recycled fashion, they made microphones out of toilet rolls, shakers out of plastic bottles and bandannas out of old sheets – ready to join in Boj’s ‘Giggly Gig’ at the end!

The Art Camp tent was buzzing with creativity – and it was lovely to meet some of our enthusiastic CBeebies fans!

The kids all sang and shook along to ‘Altogether Now 123’ played by local musicians Jim Painter and James Williams – and another special guest dropped by… Gale Paridjanian from Turin Brakes who joined in on a big bongo!

Thanks to all involved in organising, helping and performing! It was a fantastic event – perfect for a fantastic little festival where creativity and community spirit are at the heart!
